When it comes to our health and life in general, I’ve become aware of many false narratives that we’ve been programmed with. With few honest role models in society, maintaining a healthy dose of critical thinking, own research and following our intuition is essential.

We are nature and nature is a part of us. By reconnecting with nature we reconnect with ourselves, helping us thrive in our natural state.

Without self-acceptance and autonomy, we become anxious and dependent and are never truly free. By focusing on what we can control, we can learn to trust ourselves and live life on our own terms.

Health is the greatest wealth. It’s not about superficial body image ideals. It’s about knowing that whatever happens, you will be able to deal with it on a physical, mental, emotional and spiritual level. Looking good is the cherry on the top!

Your current identity is not ‘fixed’ and evolves over time. Having a growth mindset with the courage to act, learn and know you are always a work in progress will help you achieve your potential.
