Taking a personal training session was a very positive and energising experience that I would recommend to anyone of any fitness level. I hadn’t done any sort of session like it before so was apprehensive but needn’t have been; the personally tailored exercises were simple enough, no heavy gym equipment needed so I feel I can build them into my daily fitness goals. Chris is a great cheerleader too!
Chris has been amazing over the last 3 months! He takes the time to explain things and motivates you in a quietly assertive way to make the sessions hard work but still enjoyable. Probably the biggest thing he has helped me with is the advice around what I can be doing to improve my overall health and fitness on top of exercise. He is very knowledgeable about nutrition and I now sleep much better and have so much more energy. Highly recommended!
I went from being lazy and never doing any exercise to now loving doing exercise, and that’s all down to Chris’s sessions! Highly recommend for all fitness levels.
