  • Initial consultation in person. This is a relaxed opportunity for us to clarify what it is you are looking for and for you to ask any questions you may have.
  • Tailored Exercise plan. You will be coached through a personally tailored exercise programme dependent on your goals and abilities.
  • Personalised nutrition coaching. I help you find a simple and balanced approach to healthy nutrition whereby you never feel like you are really restricting yourself.
  • Regular support and check ins. Regular email and text support will help keep you accountable and consistent with building healthy habits to help get you results.
  • Travel to you. (home, garden, local park, office, beach or mountain!) away from busy, noisy and intimidating gyms.
