Is there poison in our water? How to have a natural, healthy water supply

Water is the most essential element of life.

60% of the adult human body and up to 80% of the brain is water.

We all know that staying hydrated is vital for health, but just drinking more water isn’t enough.

Being hydrated on a cellular level is even more important. If you don’t have enough water in your cells, your mitochondria can’t produce enough energy. Without enough energy, our bodies struggle to perform basic functions.

To increase your hydration on a cellular level it’s important to get enough minerals/electrolytes such as magnesium and potassium along with eating enough fiber to absorb the water and carry it to your cells.

But we also have to be aware of the quality of water we drink.

How healthy is your water supply?

We should be extremely cautious of the quality of the most important element we are putting into our bodies.

There can be physical, chemical, biological, and radiological contaminants in water.

Physical contaminants are often debris or organic material that enter the water supply.

Chemical contaminants are usually the most common type of contaminant. These can be chemicals such as chlorine, chromium, arsenic, or as complex as herbicides, pesticides, VOCs, and pharmaceuticals. Chemical contaminants can also refer to heavy metals such as lead, aluminium and mercury. These have been found in UK water supplies.

Biological contaminants are derived from bacteria or viruses and can cause severe health complications.

Radiological contaminants are radioactive substances such as uranium and radon that enter the water supply and also have health consequences.

Moreover, other harmful substances like plastics are now entering our water supply more regularly.

In 2017, a tap water study found that more than 80% of tap water samples collected worldwide including the UK tested positive for microplastics.

So water is clearly not as clean and healthy as it should be in our toxic environment.

But the government will stop this, won’t they?

The UK government obviously doesn’t think the aforementioned is bad enough for us.

They have now decided to mandate adding fluoride to all water supplies

This is for our health, they say.

This is because it helps with tooth decay, they say.

There is not much evidence for this.

But there is a lot of evidence for the damage fluoride does to the brain and body.

Multiple studies link fluoride to reduced IQ, especially in children.

Also this meta analysis concluded that studies ‘found a consistent and strong association between the exposure to fluoride and low IQ.’

Excessive fluoride is also linked to osteoarthritis.

Adding fluoride to water has been banned in most European countries, because it’s toxic and an endocrine disruptor

British scientists have slammed the government for this decision. A letter has been sent to the prime minister to highlight their concerns

According to professors Howard, Micklem and Connett, “The dental lobby has controlled this debate for far too long. You can repair a damaged tooth but early damage to the brain (especially during fetal development and infancy) cannot be repaired or reversed. This is so serious for the future of our country that the matter should not be resolved by the kind of ‘sleight of hand’ used by those who wrote the script for the government statement.”

Further stating that;

“This is not a good time for the British government to mislead the public on the dangers posed by the practice of water fluoridation.”

Vyvyan Howard, MB, ChB, PhD, Spedding Micklem, PhD, and Paul Connett, PhD

But I doubt this letter will do any good when the government are now really just a dictatorship.

If they actually really cared about tooth decay, why do they allow us to consume so much sugar???

This is just more evidence that your government wants you sick and dumbed down.

Sick and dumbed down people are easier to control.

And we pay them to do it with our taxes.

Is mandating fluoride really about tooth decay?

So if there isn’t any real evidence for excessive amounts of fluoride reducing tooth decay, why would the government mandate it?

In 1997, British scientist Jennifer Anne Luke published a study entitled “The Effect Of Fluoride On The Physiology Of The Pineal Gland.” She concluded that by old age, the pineal gland contains about the same amount of fluoride as teeth.

The pineal gland is in the brain and is sometimes referred to as the ‘seat of the soul’. It is the most sensitive part of the nervous system. It moderates the body’s circadian rhythm and helps protect the body from cell damage among many other things.

But fluoride calcifies the pineal gland which has been shown through scientific study to contribute to disease later in life.

Along with fluoride, the pineal gland is also highly sensitive to aluminium, glyphosate and wi-fi radiation. All things that are commonplace in today’s unnatural world. When exposed to all of these elements in combination, they completely shut us off from our pineal gland and therefore our soul.

Is this the real reason the government is mandating fluoride?

Who knows what the truth is anymore. I’ll leave it up to you to decide.

Our water is poisoned, so what can you do about it?

Knowing what type of contaminants are present in your local water supply is the first step in selecting the best water filtration system for you.

You should be able to go to the website of your local water company, enter your postcode into a search box and download a water quality report. This should list the amount of substances found in your local drinking water.

Water filters

The most commonly found chemicals are best removed from the water supply through activated carbon filtration.

Berkey is the top of the range filter simply because it removes over 99.99% of bacteria, fluoride, heavy metals, pharmaceuticals, and countless more contaminants, all while leaving in the minerals that your body needs.

However, it is expensive so it comes down to a personal decision. There are other filters out there so it’s worth looking around to find what suits you. Not all types of carbon filters will effectively remove fluoride though.

Reverse osmosis

Another option is reverse osmosis filters. Reverse osmosis systems are usually installed beneath a kitchen sink.

When tap water is forced through the reverse osmosis membrane at a high pressure, only water particles can pass through the membrane’s tiny pores. The impurities in water, which are larger in size (fluoride is one of them), are emptied down a drain at a constant rate, which results in only clean, healthy drinking water passing out of the system.

Live with nature

Or you could move close to nature and collect your own water off the streams and mountains! This is the most natural way to do it but is obviously not practical for most of us.

However, if you have a garden you could install a large tank and collect rainwater directly. You would still want to filter the rainwater though but it would not contain fluoride and would likely be healthier than what comes out of your tap.

While this sounds like a lot of effort, you’ll have peace of mind that you’re looking after the health of yourself and others you care for. Unfortunately, we now live in an unnatural world where we don’t have any other choice.
